Facts Related to Aerobics to Get Ripped
Every person opts for aerobics to get ripped in a very short time period, but certain odds against aerobics are, that people generally tried a lot of intense and long workouts such as jogging straight for an hour or running really hard for even half hour in routine 6 days in a week and at the end they develop a thought in their mind that these may not be an ideal or the best way to burn fat. We seen many people doing work outs on elliptical machines at gyms but still they have certain extra pounds of fat.

All these above facts may make us believe that all aerobic exercises are useless but it is not exactly the case. An innovative approach has been developed which takes not more than 20 minutes and involves both the intense and less intense exercise periods. The choice of the exercise completely depends on you can run or just walk or use a machine it is completely your choice.
A person may try approach of running about 30 second at around 80% of his maximum heart beat rate for not more than 60 seconds and then slow down to a relaxed rate for 60-110 seconds and then again repeat this process around 5-8 times with certain time of 5 minutes warm up and warm down respectively.
It is always advisable to check with your doctor before starting with some intensive course of exercises and it is a must recommended if the person has any history related to heart issues.
